There was a show last night, but does that entitle one to wear their souvenir to work? I don't think a concert tshirt is ever appopriate for an office, even on "casual" Friday. Unless, of course, your dress code is a wear-whatever-the-fuck-you-want type of policy. I envy that workplace. I'd wear my pillbox hat everyday.
I'd wear pajamas every day.
At least he didn't just kinda show up at your office slouching around hoping somebody will be offended.
