I would hardly call that selling out. Ads are everywhere on blogs these days. I have debated with myself whether to place ads or just put a donate button up hehe.
I wouldn't call it selling out either. Unless you abhor amazon or they do something terribly unethical, then it's selling out. But no big deal. I hope you have luck with it.
